REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Apparel & Merchandise
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase, and we are proud to stand behind the quality of the products we sell to you.  If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please return your merchandise by following the easy steps below, and our team will ensure a seamless credit process for you.
Include your receipt and packing slip in the return package, and write on the packing slip the reason for the return of the item.
  • Returns and exchanges must be made within 90 days of your order date.
  • Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in good condition with the original hangtags and packaging attached.
  • When we receive your returned merchandise, we will refund you against the original method of payment.
  • In the case of damaged items, please call the customer care team at: 1-760-233-2860 and we will assist you.
We will do our very best to process your return or exchange within 7 days after receipt of the package.
Please allow a full billing cycle for credit to appear on your financial statement.
TREX WP Software and Storefronts
As stated above we always want to make our customers happy.  Unfortunately once we have built your TREX WP storefront we can not issue any refunds.  In some rare instances we can help you sell your storefront to another person.
TREX WP Hosting & Membership
If for some reason you decided to cancel your TREX storefront we will gladly cancel your monthly hosting fees and will not bill you moving forward, but we can not issue a refund for hosting that has been delivered.
